A Fairly Comprehensive (but still in progress) Comparison

We’ve all had the following situation occur when we’re considering a brew day in the very near future. You know the type; it’s Wednesday and you have a hankering to brew a nice lager on the weekend and you search available yeasts from your favourite manufacturer on your local homebrew store’s site and you realize that it’s not in stock!

Well, not to worry, some of our GTA Brews Members (Peter Friesen, Chris George and David Chang-Sang) have been compiling a fairly comprehensive yeast comparison spreadsheet based on available data. What makes this one a bit different is it includes our own local Guelph yeast producer, Escarpment Laboratories!
