Summer isn’t officially over, but our break is. It’s time to get back to business! After a couple of months of socials, we are incredibly excited to kick off our regular monthly club meetings this September. Mark your calendars for September 14th because we have a packed schedule that you definitely do not want to miss. We are diving deep into the world of farmhouse ales.
Join us for a presentation by Kym Watts, who is a true Saison and Farmhouse expert and does a lot of experimental Brett beers. He also brewed a saison in collaboration with Bickford Brewing Co.

Expert Farmhouse Insights with Kym Watts!
We are very excited to welcome Kym Watts to present to the club this month. Kym is a true Saison and Farmhouse expert and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to experimental Brett beers. Many of you will remember his fantastic collaboration saison with Bickford Brewing Co. from last fall, a beer that we all absolutely loved.
Since so many of us were curious about how that brew came together, Kym will be pulling back the curtain to share his exact saison brewing process. He will be sharing his wisdom on managing wild yeast strains, rustic flavor profiles, and the nuances of crafting complex farmhouse ales. Whether you are curious about Brettanomyces behavior, dialing in your fermentation temperature, or just want to replicate that stellar collaboration flavor at home, this presentation will be incredibly valuable.
Membership & Guest Attendance
Due to AGCO requirements for serving home-brewed beer under SOP (Special Occasion Permit), club membership is required to attend monthly meetings. However, prospective members are invited to attend their first meeting as a guest to check us out before committing to membership.
