For our March club meeting, we’re going to be back at Rorschach Brewing Co. This month, we have something special than a regular presentation. Follow along for more details.
Instead of our usual 7pm, the meeting would start at 8pm. There’s a country music event at History music venue near Rorschach. However, feel free to drop by at your usual times to grab a bite and/or beers and hang out with fellow club members.

Also, please don’t forget to patronize our hosts!! Rorschach Brewing offers a wide selection of fine beers to go so don’t hesitate to grab some especially if you don’t get out to see them as often as you’d like!

Spice Draft with Kyle Kellam!
We are thrilled to welcome Kyle Kellam, who has prepared a Spice Beer competition draft to be conducted live during our meeting! This month, we’re shifting our focus to the vibrant world of specialty aromatics and adjuncts. We will start with the spice selection and then, the base beer. This competition is sure to ignite your inner fire for homebrewing and bring out your unique techniques for achieving a balanced flavor profile that enhances, rather than overpowers, your base brew.
Membership & Guest Attendance
Due to AGCO requirements for serving home-brewed beer under SOP (Special Occasion Permit), club membership is required to attend monthly meetings. However, prospective members are invited to attend their first meeting as a guest to check us out before committing to membership.
