We are over the moon (Third Moon to be exact) to have Chris Steininger (Co-Founder / Co-Owner) and Steve “Bebo” Pilotto (Co-Founder / Co-Owner / Head Brewer ) from Third Moon Brewing with us this month to give us a presentation on Pastry Stouts. Chris has passionately immersed himself in the global craft beer scene for more than a decade while also building more than a decade of experience in Engineering and Operations respectively. His favourite beer styles are bourbon barrel aged stouts and Double IPAs. Bebo was a homebrewer for almost a decade and loves to brew big, bold beers including hazy IPAs, pastry stouts and heavily fruited sours.

Emily Elizabeth Storey is back with the BJCP Style Of The Month. This month, Emily looks at Pale, Amber and Dark Lagers and will provide a brief presentation on the styles and offer some prime examples.
