Presentation – DIY Homebrew Equipment by Ed Hitchcock

Ed Hitchcock is a mystery, wrapped in an enigma, wrapped inside a burrito. He’s a paleontologist-astronomer-theatre technician-teacher who doesn’t yet know what he wants to be when he grows up. But he loves beer, and he loves making things, and he especially loves making things to make beer. He has been homebrewing, off and on, for three decades, and is most famous for procrastinating to such an epic level that he won the inaugural Henderson Cup. Ed is also a National ranked BJCP judge.

Bi-Monthly Homebrew Bottle Swap

We are moving the bottle swap to bi-monthly to concentrate demand. Just bring 6 bottles of your homebrew, and drop them off with Emily at the sign in desk. At the end of the meeting you'll have 6 assorted bottles of homebrew to bring home! No sign-up necessary!
Membership & Guest Attendance

Due to AGCO requirements for serving home-brewed beer under SOP (Special Occasion Permit), club membership is required to attend monthly meetings. However, prospective members are invited to attend their first meeting as a guest to check us out before committing to membership.

Attend once and you'll want to keep coming back, we promise!
